What's the turnaround time?

Once your order has been received with all the required information,  a design proof will be emailed within 3 days. Please keep an eye out for this email.

Orders are processed within 14 days from receiving your approval of the design proof.

Note: The 14 day time frame indicated above does NOT include the shipping time.

Any "Urgent" orders needed within 2 weeks of the order date MUST use the "Rush my order + Express or Rush my order + Local Pickup" options during checkout otherwise they will be subject to the standard processing time outlined above.

Do you accept urgent orders

Urgent Orders: Australia Only

Any "Urgent" orders needed within 2 weeks of the order date MUST use the "Rush my order + Express or Rush my order + Local Pickup" options during checkout otherwise they will be subject to the standard processing time outlined above.

Urgent orders will be accepted with a min of 72 business hours’ notice.


Please note that all urgent orders are charged an extra $10.00 to rush orders ahead of others. (Please select this option under the shipping section)

All urgent orders are sent via express shipping and will be charged as such.

 

We will provide you with the tracking details once the order is sent, however, we will not be held responsible for any Australia Post/ or Partner courier delays that are out of our control. 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we do. Please select local pickup during check-out.

All local pickup orders must be collected form Plumpton, NSW. 

You will be contacted via your supplied mobile number once your order is ready for collection

What are the payment options?

We currently accept credit card and paypal payments.

Digital Downloads

You will receive links to download your Digital products once you have completed your purchase, as well as another copy which is sent to you via email.

Digital download links are only valid for 30 days from that date of purchase.


Please ensure you have downloaded your products within this timeframe

What is your return policy?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Digital downloads

In cases of returns and exchanges for damaged items please: 

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 


If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping Policy

Standard orders


All orders are shipped using standard tracked postage.


Urgent Orders


Urgent orders are sent via Express post and will incur an extra $10 “Rush my order” fee + Express post shipping fee.


  • Please note that we require a minimum of 1-week notice for these orders.


  • The $10 “Rush my order fee” is charged as we must place your order at the front of the processing queue to ensure it makes it to you in time.


  • Please ensure you select the “Rush My Order + Express Shipping” option from the shipping dropdown when placing your order otherwise it will be treated as a normal order and placed in the normal timeframe processing queue


  • We will notify you if your order deadline cannot be met and refund you accordingly.


You will be notified of the tracking information via email upon shipment of your order
