At Keepsakes by Angie, we take great care in creating highly personalised keepsakes tailored to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.

Change of Mind
As all our items are bespoke and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Once an order has been placed and production has commenced, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.

Errors or Defects
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match the approved design proof, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue. If a defect or error is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
Personalisation Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all personalisation details (e.g., spelling, dates, names) are correct at the time of order. We do not provide refunds or replacements for errors in personalisation details provided by the customer. However, if the mistake is due to our error, we will rectify it accordingly.

Non-Delivery or Lost Items
We use trusted courier and postal services, but we are not liable for delays or lost items once they have been dispatched. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.

Refunds and Replacements
Refunds are only provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be processed using the original payment method. We do not offer refunds for minor imperfections that are characteristic of handmade products.
